All Pognae products are covered by POGNAE Co., Ltd's official manufacturer warranty — 1 year from the date of purchase — against manufacturing defects.
What's covered: stitching defects, faulty hardware (buckles, clasps), and fabric delamination under normal use in accordance with the instructions.
What's NOT covered: normal fabric wear from extended use, damage from improper washing (not per the care instructions), mechanical damage, or unauthorized repair or modification of the product.
How to file a claim: message us on WhatsApp or email with a photo of the defect and your order number/date. We'll review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
