Every product goes through 47 quality-control steps: from checking seam and hardware strength to testing buckles through thousands of open-close cycles. Fabrics include high-density cotton certified by GOTS and the Organic Exchange 100 Standard, and technical breathable air-mesh tested at +32°C.
Design is developed jointly with orthopedic engineers: the anatomical support ribs that shape the baby's hip joints into the correct position aren't a checkbox feature — every structural element has a specific medical rationale behind it.
