You may return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, in line with Ukraine's consumer protection law and, for customers in the United Kingdom, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Return conditions: the item must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, and tags. Proof of purchase is required (correspondence, payment receipt).
Defective goods (manufacturing defects) qualify for a free exchange or a full refund — the seller covers return shipping in this case.
Return shipping for goods of proper quality (e.g., "wrong color") is paid by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If goods in one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Effects of cancellation. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard one), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after telling us you cancel. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
