We ship orders to Canada. Parcels are dispatched from Kyiv, Ukraine.
Dispatch time: within 24 hours if the item is in stock. Exact timeframes depend on the availability of the chosen color — we confirm this via WhatsApp. Delivery to Canada: 10–12 days depending on the shipping method chosen.
Shipping cost is paid by the buyer separately from the price of the goods, unless otherwise agreed when placing the order.
Customs, GST/HST and duties: the price of the goods does not include Canadian customs duties, GST/HST or carrier brokerage fees. If they apply to your parcel, they are charged by the carrier or by the Canada Border Services Agency and are payable by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed when placing the order.
Currency: prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion fee.
Confirmation: you'll receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
